Speech-to-Text Improvements
Hello there 👋 We replaced Deepgram for AssemblyAI as our speech to text provider to increase session concurrency. It also makes transcription faster and more accurate. Enjoy!

Google & Microsoft SSO
Hey friends! Google and Microsoft single sign on is live. If you have an existing account that you registered as email before, you can still use SSO with that same email and your account will link the two together.
We hope this makes provisioning and de-provisioning accounts easier!

Custom Templates
Hello there 👋 We recently released the ability for Earmark HQ to generate custom templates on your behalf, specifically for 1. established workflows (say matching internal documentation standards) or 2. any use cases not currently reflected in Earmark.
Please let us know if there's any templates you would like to see supported and we'll turn those requests around quickly!
